Salon (2019), a private dining space in Yorkville, offers an intimate, bespoke dining experience for special occasions and corporate functions. Aloette Go (2021) provides a convenient takeout-focused experience with three locations across the city. The group also extends its reach beyond restaurants with Alo Catering (2022), bringing Michelin-level dining and service to off-site events.
